About the Position:
We are seeking a full-time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our outpatient behavioral health clinic. This is an on-site position - no telehealth - offering the opportunity to provide direct patient care in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
•Deliver psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and mental health treatment plans
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to ensure holistic patient care
•Maintain timely, accurate documentation using electronic medical records (concurrent documentation preferred)
•Work independently while also engaging proactively with patients, families, and staff
Qualifications:
•Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with Board Certification
•Master's degree in Nursing with active prescriptive authority
•Active Oregon license (or willingness to obtain)
•Must be willing to relocate to Oregon
•Strong communication and collaboration skills
•Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking clinical setting
•Must pass a background check and be current on all required vaccinations
•Bilingual candidates preferred
