PMHNP - Specialized Depression Treatment (Per Diem, Mondays)

Harbors North is a specialized clinic in Petoskey, MI focused on advanced depression and anxiety treatments, including Spravato (esketamine) therapy and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS). We serve patients who haven't responded to traditional treatments.

We're looking for a PMHNP available Mondays to evaluate referrals for Spravato and TMS, conduct medication reviews for patients in treatment, and perform TMS mapping sessions. This is a hands-on clinical role in a small, growing practice—not a high-volume, assembly-line environment.

What You'll Do:

•Conduct psychiatric initial assessments for Spravato and TMS candidates (on-site, ~60 minutes each)

•Perform medication reviews for active treatment patients (telehealth available)

•Complete TMS motor threshold mapping sessions

•Handle clinical administrative tasks: vitals, med record requests, referral letters, scheduling follow-ups

•Collaborate on complex cases to help patients get approved for treatment

•Attend weekly supervision with our Medical Director (Monday evenings, ~1 hour)

What We're Looking For:

•Board-certified PMHNP with active Michigan license

•Active DEA license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)

•Someone who thrives in a small practice environment—no dedicated MA, you'll manage your own workflow

•Reliable full-day Monday availability

•A problem-solver who takes ownership, not someone looking for easy hours

Compensation:

•$90/hour for completed appointments (initial assessments, medication reviews)

•$200 flat rate for TMS mapping sessions

•W-2 employment, biweekly pay

Weekly Guarantees:

•Minimum 4 hours of clinical time guaranteed ($360) each Monday scheduled

•Weekly supervision paid separately (~1 hour, $90)

•Weekly floor: $450 minimum

Typical Earnings:

•Patient volume fluctuates with referrals—typical days run 4-6 hours of direct patient time

•Monthly range: $1,800-2,500+ for one day per week

•TMS mapping sessions add $200 each when scheduled

What's Not Paid:

•No-shows or last-minute cancellations

•The $90/hour rate covers incidental clinical tasks between appointments—refill requests, brief Teams messages, quick clarifications. These are part of the role, not separately billable.
