In this role, you’ll practice at the forefront of behavioral health integration, delivering psychiatric expertise embedded within a primary care clinic setting. You’ll collaborate directly with medical providers and behavioral health clinicians to improve patient access and outcomes. Key Position Details: As a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner at Allina Health, you will support Allina’s growing collaborative care model by providing psychiatric consultation, direct patient evaluation, and treatment within the outpatient clinic setting. You will work closely with primary care providers, psychologists, therapists, and care managers to identify mental health conditions early, guide treatment plans, and reduce barriers to care. Provide adult psychiatric assessment, treatment planning, medication management, and ongoing follow-up in a primary care clinic setting Serve as a psychiatric consultant within collaborative care teams in primary care and specialty clinics. Support early identification and management of depression, anxiety, ADHD, and other common psychiatric conditions. Provide education and real-time support for primary care physicians and advanced practice providers. Participate in the development of care pathways and quality improvement projects in integrated behavioral health.
