Remote PMHNP for Ketamine-Assisted Therapy

Responsibilities:

– Perform patient intakes and follow-up consultations to assess eligibility for ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP), prescribe treatment, and monitor outcomes through telemedicine.

– Recommend adjustments to treatment plans based on patient response and progress.

– Collaborate closely with Journey Clinical’s network psychotherapists.

– Coordinate with the Journey Clinical care coordinator to optimize workflow.

– Provide timely and constructive feedback on the care management system to help enhance services.

– Report to the Lead Clinician and work with the leadership team and co-founders.

Profile:

– Licensed to practice in one or more states.

– Currently operating in CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, MA, MD, MN, NJ, NY, OH, OR, PA, TN, TX, VA, WA, WI.

– Holds DEA registration.

– Comfortable prescribing controlled substances when appropriate.

– Experienced in prescribing treatments for anxiety and depression.

– Able to quickly analyze medical and psychiatric information to develop effective, evidence-based recommendations.

– Patient-focused, hardworking, and committed to high-quality care.

– Willing to use simple digital tools such as Slack, G Suite, and Zoom.

– Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced telehealth startup.

– Interested in psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy and its potential to transform mental health.
