Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments via telehealth platforms, taking into account the cultural nuances and sensitivities of individuals in the United States.

- Develop and implement culturally sensitive treatment plans for patients, considering their unique belief systems, traditions, and familial structures.

- Collaborate with local community resources and organizations to ensure that mental health services are culturally relevant and accessible to individuals.

- Provide education and support to patients and their families, acknowledging the cultural influences on mental health within the cultural context.

- Engage in continuous learning and professional development to enhance cultural competence and understanding of the diverse cultural landscape.

Qualifications:

- Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing

- Board certification as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

- Active state licensure in the United States

- Demonstrated cultural competence and understanding of the unique cultural dynamics

- Experience in providing telepsychiatry services is preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
