Talkiatry is hiring for this PMHNP position. Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners play a critical role in addressing the growing demand for mental health services across the United States. This employer is actively seeking qualified candidates to join their team.
•A strong in-house referral network to facilitate smooth coordination with specialists and therapists.
Your Qualifications:
•Certification as a PMHNP by the ANCC.
•A minimum of 4 years of post-graduate experience as a PMHNP, preferably in telehealth, with prior RN experience in behavioral health being advantageous.
•An active and unrestricted license and DEA number, with support available for obtaining these as required.
•Priority will be given to applicants with licensure in high-demand markets and those eligible for autonomous licensing.
You Should Have:
•Experience in performing comprehensive mental health evaluations, developing treatment plans, managing medications, and providing psychoeducation/supportive therapy.
•Proficiency in Electronic Medical Record systems to ensure accurate patient documentation.
•A strong commitment to providing high-quality care and adhering to best practices in virtual telepsychiatry.

The salary range for this full-time position is $180,000 - $215,000 annually, which includes a competitive base salary along with monthly performance incentives guaranteed during the onboarding period.
