What You’ll Do
The SVP of Behavioral Health is a senior clinical and operational leader responsible for building, scaling, and leading an integrated behavioral health strategy for pediatric populations with complex medical, behavioral, and social needs, many of whom are covered by Medicaid.
This role requires a Board Certified Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist with deep experience serving high acuity, underserved populations and operating in value‑based or risk bearing environments.

Partner with operations, product, and analytics teams to design efficient, scalable, and compliant care delivery models
Align behavioral health services with utilization management strategies, including diversion from emergency and inpatient settings
Define, track, and manage performance metrics tied to value‑based contracts, including utilization, access, engagement, and cost of care
Serve as a clinical leader in payer partnerships, supporting program design, performance reviews, and quality alignment
Ensure compliance with Medicaid requirements and state‑specific behavioral health regulations
Team Leadership, Collaboration, and Direct Care
Assist in recruitment, lead, and mentor a multidisciplinary behavioral health team using scalable models that extend psychiatric expertise
Collaborate with primary care, specialty care, care management, and community partners to ensure seamless integration
Support enterprise‑wide behavioral health education and capability building
Provide direct patient care at approximately 50 percent initially, decreasing as the service line scales
