About Talkiatry
Talkiatry is hiring for this PMHNP position. Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners play a critical role in addressing the growing demand for mental health services across the United States. This employer is actively seeking qualified candidates to join their team.
Custom technology solutions: Utilize our advanced EMR for patient communication, telemedicine, seamless lab integration, and tools to track patient outcomes.
•Quality time with patients: Enjoy at least 60 minutes for intakes and 30 minutes for follow-ups, encouraging a model that supports medication management and therapy.
•Robust in-house referral network: Easily refer patients to specialists and therapists, with clinical information shared seamlessly through our EMR.
Your Qualifications:
•Board Certified as a PMHNP by the ANCC.
•A minimum of 4 years of post-graduate experience, ideally in telehealth; previous RN experience in psychiatry/behavioral health is a plus.
•Active, unrestricted license and DEA number; assistance in obtaining licensure is available.
•Applications from those with licensure in high-need markets or autonomous licensure capability are prioritized.
You should also have demonstrated:
•Experience in conducting mental health evaluations, treatment planning, medication management, and psychoeducation/supportive therapy.
•Proficiency in managing Electronic Medical Records for accurate patient documentation.
•A commitment to high-quality care and best practices in telepsychiatry.
•Excellent clinical knowledge and communication skills.
•A passion for professional development and evidence-based practice.
•A proactive, collaborative work ethic and commitment to providing cost-effective care.
