We are currently expanding our Mental Health Division and seeking licensed Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, MDs, and DOs to conduct:
•Comprehensive Mental Health Evaluations
•ADHD Evaluations (Adult & Adolescent, as permitted by state law)
•Anxiety & Depression Management
•Telehealth-based psychiatric assessments
•Medical Form Completion (Work, Disability, School, Insurance)
This is a fully remote opportunity with flexible scheduling and competitive per-consult or hourly compensation.
Responsibilities
•Conduct virtual mental health evaluations via secure telehealth platform
•Perform structured ADHD assessments and clinical evaluations
•Diagnose and manage common mental health conditions (e.g., ADHD, anxiety, depression)
•Prescribe medications when clinically appropriate and legally permitted
•Complete medical documentation thoroughly and accurately
•Fill out required patient forms, including:
•Work notes
•Disability forms
•School documentation
•Insurance forms
•Review patient intake forms and assessment questionnaires
•Maintain compliance with state licensing, telehealth, and prescribing regulations
•Determine appropriateness for telehealth and refer when necessary
Qualifications – Required
•Active U.S. NP, MD, or DO license in good standing
•Licensed in U.S. states (multi-state licensure strongly preferred) such as Florida, New York, California and more!
•Experience in one or more of the following:
•Psychiatry
•Mental Health
•Experience evaluating ADHD in adults (pediatric experience a plus)
•Comfortable with telehealth and virtual patient communication
•Strong documentation and clinical assessment skills
•Reliable high-speed internet and secure work environment
•DEA registration
•Licensed in multiple U.S. states (higher compensation for broader coverage)
•Prior telehealth experience
•Experience prescribing and managing psychiatric medications
•Experience completing disability and functional assessment forms
Compensation
Flexible and competitive based on experience and state coverage:
•Per-Consultation Pay (Video or Asynchronous)

•Option for flat-rate per visit or revenue-share model
