While we don’t have active openings at this time, we’re always excited to connect with clinicians who are passionate about increasing access to high-quality mental health care. If you’d like to learn more about Foresight’s Associate Program and be considered for future opportunities, we invite you to complete this interest form to get connected with a member of our team for an exploratory call.

Our Associate Program is designed for therapists who are committed to providing thoughtful, attuned care to individuals, couples, and families, and who are looking for meaningful support as they work toward licensure. Throughout your associate hours journey, you’ll receive the structure, supervision, and resources needed to grow confidently and sustainably in your clinical practice.

As a Foresight Associate Therapist, you can expect:

A consistent, remote schedule aligned with your availability (*There may be required evening and/or weekend availability)

Ongoing professional development, clinical supervision, consultation groups, and a dedicated support team to assist with caseload building, credentialing, and billing

Free in-house Continuing Education

Collaboration with an interdisciplinary care team, including psychiatrists and mental health nurse practitioners

Real human support through live trainings, in-house IT, and operations teams

Supervision provided by an independently licensed therapist

Opportunities to provide attuned psychotherapy across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families

Hands-on experience developing assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and progress notes

Responsibility for managing your caseload, including schedule maintenance, charge slips, high balances, and consistent client attendance
