Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner or Psychiatrist (Part-time Contract 1099): 1 position
Psychotherapy and psychiatry group practice (locations in 80904 and 80920) with a focus on deep healing, trauma-informed therapies including Brainspotting and KAP, as well as women's mental health to include perinatal mental health and eating disorder recovery in Colorado Springs is seeking to contract part-time with a prescriber aligned with our mission to provide client-centered care, integrated and collaborative medication management to clients of the practice, and the deep healing opportunities to our community. Knowledge of trauma informed care required, as well as ketamine prescribing in the context of KAP and experience and training working with perinatal women. Provider will take over about 10-15 clinical hours per week from our departing prescriber and can continue to build their caseload beyond this. Must be willing to see 20 patient hours/ week minimum. Must be available to work at least 2-days/ week with some evening or weekend hours. Must also be willing to contract with several private insurance companies under the Practice.
Pay range varies dependent on experience, expertise, and payor agreements. We have high reimbursement rates for the region and 99-100% payment collections rates! Total reimbursement to medical provider will deduct all expenses as well as a minimum 10% Practice Management and Development Fee. Pay rate ranges from 60-70% of payments received.
Must be responsible, detail-oriented + organized, and have good time-management skills as well as prior experience with insurance-compliant clinical documentation.

Between contract execution and start date, we will work with contractor to get credentialed and contracted with private insurance companies. Credentialing and Contracting with Insurance Companies will take a minimum of 90 days, but you will begin taking clients wishing to self-pay or use out of network benefits until you're contracting is complete.
