About this role

Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments.
Diagnose and treat a broad range of mental health conditions.
Provide ongoing psychiatric medication management.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient's clinical needs and goals.
Monitor medication effectiveness, side effects, and treatment progress.
Provide patient education regarding diagnoses, medications, and treatment options.
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
Collaborate with therapists, primary-care providers, and other healthcare professionals when appropriate.
Participate in treatment planning and clinical consultation.
Maintain compliance with applicable federal and Colorado laws, regulations, and professional standards.
