About the Role
You’ll serve as the clinical and operational lead for psychiatric providers in your market. This hybrid role includes ~10–16 hours/week of patient care, with the remainder focused on leading, coaching, and developing PMHNPs and PAs.
What You’ll Do
Provide outpatient psychiatric care (in-person + telehealth)
Supervise and coach psychiatric clinicians
Drive performance (quality, utilization, patient outcomes)
Lead onboarding, chart reviews, and performance management
Partner with therapy leadership to support integrated care
