Location: 100% Remote — Colorado PMHNP license required
Schedule: Flexible — full-time, part-time, or 1099 contract
Compensation: $145,000–$160,000/year, commensurate with experience, plus benefits

We're a rapidly growing telehealth medical practice on a mission to make high-quality mental health care accessible to every Coloradan. As patient demand climbs, we're expanding our clinical team and looking for a board-certified PMHNP who wants to practice at the top of their license — without the administrative drag of a traditional clinic. We handle scheduling, billing, credentialing, and tech support so you can focus on what you do best: caring for patients.
The role
As a PMHNP on our team, you'll deliver psychiatric care to patients across Colorado through our secure telehealth platform. You'll manage your own panel with the backing of a collaborative clinical team and a supportive operations staff.
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations via secure video visits.
- Provide ongoing medication management and evidence-based treatment planning.
- Care for a range of adult presentations — anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and more (child/adolescent experience a plus).
- Refer patients to primary care or a specialty provider when a health concern may require additional diagnostic testing, follow-up, or comprehensive care by a specialist.
- Document accurately and efficiently in our EHR.
- Collaborate with our clinical team on complex cases and quality initiatives.
What we're looking for
- Active Colorado APRN license with prescriptive authority (Colorado is not an APRN Compact state, so a Colorado license is required).
- Enrollment with the Colorado Medicaid program (Health First Colorado), including all 4 Regional Accountable Entities (RAEs).
- Medicare enrollment is a plus.
- Board certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC through ANCC).
- Active DEA registration, or willingness to obtain.
- Willingness to complete our practice's medical credentialing process prior to seeing patients.
- Comfort delivering care via telehealth and working independently in a remote setting.
- A patient-first mindset and strong clinical judgment.
