About Mood Health
At Mood Health, we are working to make mental health care easier to access.
For many people, reaching out for help is a big step. Our goal is to make that step feel simple, supportive, and welcoming.
Our clinicians, including psychiatric nurse practitioners and therapists, provide therapy and medication management through secure video visits. Before someone ever meets their provider, they usually speak with someone on our team first.
That first conversation matters a lot.

In this role, you will help new clients understand how things work, answer their questions, and guide them toward scheduling their first appointment.
