Complete timely and accurate documentation within the electronic health record (within 72 hours).
Perform crisis assessments and coordinate referrals for higher levels of care when appropriate.
Master's or Doctorate in Nursing with a Psychiatric-Mental Health specialization.
Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
Active Massachusetts RN and APRN licenses.
Current DEA registration with controlled substance prescribing authority.
Active Medicare Provider Status.
Minimum of 1–2 years of psychiatric clinical experience in outpatient, inpatient, or community mental health.
Experience using Electronic Health Records (EHR) and telehealth platforms.
Excellent communication, assessment, and clinical decision-making skills.

Compensation is based on candidate experience, qualifications, and certifications and licenses. Annual ranges listed are based on a full-time, 40 hours per week position.
