We're hiring a PMHNP to join our outpatient practice. This position will likely start part-time with a clear path to full-time. We want to offer TMS and wellness infusions. What You'll Do

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and medication management for outpatient clients
• Prescribe independently (current DEA and Illinois license required)
• Provide hormone replacement therapy (HRT) for transgender and gender-expansive clients
• Coordinate care and provide appropriate referrals
• Maintain timely, ethical, HIPAA-compliant documentation
• Collaborate with therapists and clinical staff for client-centered care

What We're Looking For

• Licensed PMHNP in Illinois
• Current DEA license
• Board certified or board eligible (experience preferred)
• Commitment to culturally competent, inclusive care
• Familiarity with or willingness to learn gender-affirming care including HRT
• Love of learning and continued professional growth
• Ability to work with children
• Experience with diverse populations including BIPOC and LGBTQ+ clients

Bonus If You Have

• Fluency in Spanish (or another language)
• Prior experience providing HRT or gender-affirming medical care
