With 20 clinics across Oregon and growing, we’re seeking a passionate Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our primary care team and make a difference through holistic, functional, and patient-centered care.

This role is a telehealth role supporting our Oregon clinics.

Compensation: Guaranteed salary with earning potential of $215,000+
