Company Description
Kudose Mental Health is dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized care for individuals seeking mental health stability and well-being. With a focus on tailored approaches, our experienced psychiatric mental health nurse practitioners assist patients in navigating their mental health journeys. We are committed to offering support that is both professional and empathetic, ensuring each individual receives the care they deserve.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) located in West Chester, OH. The PMHNP will conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, provide medication management, monitor patient progress, and collaborate with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
As a growing private practice, we value providers who enjoy building professional relationships within the community. While Kudose Mental Health provides administrative support and established referral sources, providers are encouraged to engage in community outreach and develop relationships with local healthcare professionals to increase visibility, expand access to care, and support the growth of their own patient panel.
Compensation: Competitive percentage-based compensation, with the provider retaining a percentage of collected revenue. Exact compensation varies based on experience, availability, and individual schedule. We are happy to discuss the compensation structure during the interview process.
Estimated Annual Compensation: $80,000โ$130,000+
*1099, percentage-based compensation. Actual earnings vary based on patient volume, schedule, and the mix of new evaluations and follow-up appointments.
