KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Required Qualifications
Active licensure as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP).
Minimum of five (5) years of clinical experience providing psychiatric care.
Demonstrated experience treating both pediatric and adult patient populations.
Current prescriptive authority and ability to practice in the state of Missouri.
Clinical experience working with individuals experiencing substance use disorders and co-occurring behavioral health conditions.
Ability and willingness to deliver services through telehealth platforms.
Strong understanding of psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, medication management, and evidence-based treatment practices.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience serving diverse populations across outpatient, community-based, and behavioral health settings.
Background working with children, adults, and individuals with substance use or complex behavioral health needs.
Experience working within nonprofit, community health, or faith-based organizations.
Familiarity with integrated care delivery models and value-based care practices.
Experience collaborating within interdisciplinary care teams and community partnerships
Knowledge of trauma-informed care and culturally responsive behavioral health practices.
Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills with sound professional judgment.
Ability to work collaboratively and effectively within interdisciplinary and integrated care teams.
Commitment to delivering trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and person-centered care.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
Proficiency in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms
Ability to build rapport and establish therapeutic relationships with diverse patient populations.
Demonstrated professionalism, ethical practice, and respect for patient confidentiality
Adaptability and ability to manage priorities in fast-paced outpatient and community-based environments.
Commitment to continuous learning, quality improvement, and evidence-based clinical practice.

Pre-Employment Screening
