As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based mental health care to adults and older adults. This role supports our mission to provide innovative and compassionate treatment by combining psychopharmacology, psychotherapy, and neuromodulation techniques such as TMS and Spravato. You’ll collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team and help manage specialty clinics, ensuring every patient receives tailored, effective care in alignment with our commitment to clinical excellence.
Location: Remote - California Licensed
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct psychiatric evaluations and provide evidence-based treatment to adult and older adult population with mental health disorders.
Develop treatment plans tailored to each patient’s individual needs.
Manage psychiatric disorders using psychopharmacology, psychotherapy, and other non-pharmacologic approaches.
Collaborate with the other team members to provide optimal care.
Identify patients who are appropriate for interventional psychiatry (TMS/SAINT, Spravato) and initiate patient referrals.
Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with clinic policies and regulations
Required Qualifications:
Masters or Doctorate degree in Nursing
Board certification as a PMHNP by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC)

Compensation & Benefits
The compensation for this position includes:
Base Salary: $180,000 - $200,000
Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, PTO, and additional benefits
