Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) system.
Conduct telepsychiatry appointments as needed in addition to in-person visits.
Perform follow-up medication management visits and monitor patient progress toward treatment goals.
Participate in crisis intervention and safety planning for high-risk patients.
Engage in ongoing quality improvement, case conferences, and continuing education activities.
Qualifications & Requirements
Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) with a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) specialization.
Current PMHNP-BC certification (American Nurses Credentialing Center).
Active and unrestricted Michigan NP license (or eligibility to obtain).
Valid DEA license for controlled substance prescribing.
1-3 years of psychiatric NP experience preferred; new graduates with clinical psychiatric placements are encouraged to apply.
Experience with EHR systems; proficiency in clinical documentation.
Strong diagnostic, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to trauma-informed, culturally competent, patient-centered care.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary: $110,000 - $150,000 per year based on experience.

This is a hybrid role with telehealth as a primary pilot program. It is a heavy telemedicine platform with office hours as well.
