Coordinate referrals and ensure continuity of care
Educate patients and families on treatment and recovery
Participate in quality improvement and clinical initiatives
Provide TMS and Spravato treatment for patients. Willing to teach but preferred to have.
Precept students and contribute to clinical education (optional but valued)
What You Bring
Active PMHNP license and Board Certification (PMHNP-BC)
Minimum 3+ years of psychiatric clinical experience
Experience with substance use disorders and MAT
DATA 2000 Waiver (X-waiver) or willingness to obtain
DEA license and prescriptive authority
Strong clinical judgment and diagnostic skills
Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team
Comfort with electronic health records and telehealth platforms
Bonus If You Have
Experience in community mental health or integrated care
Leadership or clinical lead experience
Crisis stabilization or acute care background
