Qualifications
Required
Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program
Current Virginia Nurse Practitioner license
Board Certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
DEA registration and prescriptive authority eligibility
Current BLS certification
Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and commitment to patient-centered care
Preferred
Experience in community health, FQHC, integrated care, or outpatient psychiatry
Experience treating substance use disorders and co-occurring conditions
Experience with underserved or rural populations
