* Respond to behavioral health crises and coordinate referrals for higher
levels of care when needed.
* Collaborate with therapists, case managers, primary care providers, and other
healthcare professionals to support integrated client care.
* Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with
agency, payer, and regulatory requirements.
* Provide services through in-person and telehealth appointments as assigned.
* Participate in treatment team meetings, trainings, and other professional
development activities.
* Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with a specialization in Psychiatric
Mental Health Nursing is required.
* Current Ohio APRN and CNP licensure required.
* Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) certification required.
* Current DEA registration required.
* CPR/BLS certification required.
* Credentialing with Medicaid and commercial insurance plans preferred.
* Strong assessment, communication, clinical documentation, and
critical-thinking skills.
* Ability to work effectively within a collaborative behavioral healthcare
environment.
Candidates must complete a pre-employment drug screen, criminal background
check, and verification of employment eligibility. Additional driving-related
requirements may apply based on assigned duties.
