Review external physicals, labs, and screenings obtained off-site to ensure medical needs are integrated into treatment planning.
Provide timely refills within policy; escalate high-acuity cases and coordinate higher levels of care when indicated.
Documentation & Compliance
Complete accurate, clinically appropriate documentation in the EHR within required timelines.
Maintain problem lists, med lists, allergies, CQM items, and measurement-based care instruments.
Follow PA APN collaborative protocols and federal/state prescribing laws (CDS/DEA); comply with HIPAA/FERPA in school settings.
Teamwork & Communication
Participate in case consultation, multidisciplinary huddles, and care coordination with internal and external partners
Support reasonable administrative responsibilities (e.g., forms, prior auth input, brief chart reviews).
Quality & Outcomes
Practice culturally responsive, trauma-informed care; incorporate clinical guidelines and decision support.
Meet or exceed productivity and quality metrics.
Tech: EHR proficiency (Avon experience a plus), basic Office/Workspace tools (Docs/Sheets/Slides), secure email/telehealth workflows.

Abide by InSite Health code of ethics, policies & procedures, and all local/state/federal regulations.
Maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA (and FERPA where applicable in schools).
Participate in required trainings, supervision/consultation, and competency assessments.
