Per Diem Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role:

• At least 2 years of primary care experience required.
• Currently licensed or ability to obtain licensure in the state of Washington.
• The ability to build successful relationships with team members and communicate effectively both 1-on-1 and in groups.
• Can thrive in a fast-growing, mission driven organization focused on using data to improve patient outcomes.
• Board Certification.

The hourly rate for this role is $90.00. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule.
