You can help shape adult psychiatry at Vantage as we grow.
You will likely love it here if
You love the clinical work itself and can see yourself doing it for years. This is the heart of everything else.
You want to be part of a team and take the extra time to connect.
You take real pride in your craft. Your clients want to come back and see you, and you hold yourself to a high standard.
You are always looking to keep learning and growing.
You want genuine ownership of your own practice, your panel, your schedule, and how you work, with the right support behind you.
The role
We are seeking an adult psychiatric advanced practice provider, either a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or a Physician Assistant (PA) practicing in psychiatry, to provide psychiatric evaluation and medication management for adult clients. This is a hybrid role based at our Saint Anthony clinic with telehealth across Minnesota. You will work closely with our therapists, psychologists, and psychiatry colleagues so clients receive coordinated, comprehensive care.
What you would do
Conduct psychiatric evaluations and provide ongoing medication management for adult clients.
Prioritize accurate diagnosis and thoughtful, evidence-based treatment planning.
Develop and adjust treatment plans collaboratively with clients and the care team.
Coordinate closely with therapists, psychologists, and psychiatry colleagues, drawing on the full range of Vantage services, including therapy and interventional psychiatry such as TMS and ketamine treatment, so clients receive integrated care.
Practice consistent with Minnesota scope of practice and any required collaborative agreements.
Keep accurate, timely documentation consistent with ethical and legal standards.
Take part in staff meetings, case consultation, and professional development.
Qualifications
Licensed in Minnesota as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), or as a Physician Assistant (PA) practicing in psychiatry, with and active Minnesota licensure.
Active prescriptive authority and DEA registration.
Experience in adult psychiatric outpatient care is preferred.
Comfort working within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a steady commitment to ethical, confidential practice.
A real commitment to high-quality client care.
Compensation and benefits
Vantage uses a transparent compensation model with no productivity quotas. You see how compensation is determined, and we share the full picture with you. Benefits and other compensation include health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, and PSLF eligibility through our 501(c)(3) nonprofit status (eligibility is based on nonprofit status and is not a guarantee of approval).
How to apply
If this resonates with you, we would love to talk. Apply through this posting, or email us to start a confidential conversation.
