Role Description
We're seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team in a remote, telehealth role. The position begins part-time with a clear path to full-time — and for candidates ready to commit to full-time right away, we offer a base salary while you build your caseload, transitioning to our rewarding pay-per-encounter (fee-for-service) model as your panel grows.
In this role, you'll provide comprehensive psychiatric care via telehealth: evaluating and managing mental health conditions, prescribing and monitoring treatment plans, offering brief supportive psychotherapy, educating patients, and collaborating with our team to deliver truly holistic care. This W-2 position is ideal for a provider passionate about a whole-person, relationship-centered approach and eager to grow within a supportive practice.
Qualifications
• Active, valid Colorado Nurse Practitioner license
• Current Colorado DEA registration, or the ability to obtain one
• Colorado resident — required. This role is open only to providers residing in Colorado; out-of-state applicants cannot be considered.
• ANCC board certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)
• Strong skills in assessing, diagnosing, and developing treatment plans for mental health disorders
• Expertise in medication management, patient education, and psychotherapy techniques
• Excellent clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• A warm, empathetic, patient-focused approach with a passion for holistic care
• Telehealth experience a plus

Compensation & Benefits
Strong earning potential — full-time clinicians can expect to earn $175,000–$215,000+ per year.
